To qualify as a licensed Fugitive Recovery Agent under the California Department of Insurance, the following criteria must be met:

  • No Felony Convictions

  • Completion of 20 hours of Bail Pre-Licensing Training

  • Completion of 40 hours of Law of Arrest Training

  • Possession of Liability Insurance

  • Acquisition of a Bail License from the California Department of Insurance
